I've got a quick question, who can I reach?
Most of my clients have IP whitelisting in place, is the pentesting platform compatible?
Yes, you can request the public IP from where the traffic will originate from before launching your scan(s).
My clients require me to test authenticated parts of their assets, can I supply any cookies or other authentication data with each HTTP request?
Yes, you get the option to supply the scanner with any authentication headers before launching your scan(s).
Will the scanners cause any disruption to my client's server(s)?
We provide you the option to set a fixed delay in milliseconds between each HTTP request to not put excessive load on your client's server(s).
Is there a demo I can quickly try out?
Yes, we also provide a demo of our platform. You can also get a 7-day free trial.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major Debit and Credit cards (such as Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, CHASE, ...), PayPal, local payment methods (such as iDeal and Bancontact) as well as wire transfers. At checkout, you may also supply your VAT ID to subtract VAT from the end charge. An invoice will be generated and sent to you as well once your transaction is complete.
How many scans can I run? Is there a limit?
There is no limit in the scans you run. Your license includes unlimited scans.
How long does a single vulnerability scan take?
This depends on several factors such as your scan configuration and your target.
Do I have to install anything on my end?
No, the web app pentesting platform is a fully managed toolkit on the cloud. The web app pentesting suite includes everything you need and is capable of doing everything for you, from processing and scanning to storing and browsing through scan data.
Is my data stored and processed securely?
Yes, we run our scanners on privately secured servers on our infrastructure. Your data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (SSL/TLS) using strong encryption. Read our privacy policy for more information.
I wasn't able to see the value I was expecting to see while using the web app pentesting suite. How do I cancel my license?
You can cancel your license to stop getting billed in the future. Navigate to your profile, under 'Licenses', and click on 'Cancel'. Your access will remain until the end of the billing cycle, you can always renew your license afterward.
